Wheaton Franciscan’s online provider profiles note if the doctor is accepting new patients, has a video, and accepts online appointment requests. Some even display a clock icon to indicate the doctor offers extended hours. Wheaton Franciscan’s usability tests indicate visitors are significantly more likely to view provider profiles with these extra elements. Data also suggests that the most viewed profiles consistently have at least one if not two or three of these extra icons.
