Through eye-catching imagery and subtle blues and pinks, the Geonetric team reinvented the traditional stork with a modern and engaging design. Tell a Comprehensive Story with Refreshed Content

Geonetric reviewed and refreshed the entire birthing section on Genesis’ website. A new section structure and refreshed content shares important information about the organization’s two BirthCenters. New content highlights the many benefits of delivering at Genesis, including the top safety ratings, modern facilities and personalized birth experiences available to expecting parents.

Build a Landing Page That Converts

Prospective patients are encouraged to visit a landing page that complements and supports the campaign. Behind the scenes, patients are automatically sent to one of two different landing pages, enabling the team to see which one performs better. Both landing pages are focused on helping site visitors take the next step with Genesis Health, encouraging them to sign up for childbirth preparation classes.

Integrate Online and Offline

The Genesis Delivers campaign utilizes both online and offline media channels to reach prospective patients. Geonetric implemented a variety of tactics from eye-catching bus wraps to attention-grabbing pay-per-click ads. In addition, Geonetric wrote informative articles on hot topics like “What You Do — and Don’t — Need to Pack for the BirthCenter” that were branded specially for Genesis Health and distributed online through innovative native advertising platforms like Outbrain.

Go Social with #GenesisDelivered

With Mother’s Day happening during the campaign, Geonetric and Genesis Health leveraged the special day by unveiling a unique social aspect of the campaign that quickly went viral. Through Facebook, radio and newspapers ads, mothers were encouraged to share photos of their Genesis Health-delivered babies using the hashtag #GenesisDelivered. The photos were then uploaded to a digital billboard, and cute baby photos smiled at drivers from four busy locations throughout the Quad Cities.

The Results

In terms of promoting the BirthCenters and raising the overall awareness of Genesis Health in the market, the Genesis Delivers campaign has literally delivered. The #GenesisDelivered Facebook ads received tremendous feedback, with Genesis getting more than 160 baby photos and seeing organic reach on Facebook increase by 25%. Not only has the campaign seen tremendous successes in landing page views and social media reach, after just 3 months, Genesis Health reports that birth center event registrations are up by 64 over 2014, reversing what had been a downward trend.
