Client Support

We set the bar for client service. And we set it high.

New clients often tell us they had gone months without speaking to their previous vendor. Months?! If you’re looking for someone who will court you through the sales process and then occasionally leave you a voicemail, you’ve come to the wrong place.

From weekly status calls to regular posts on our client extranet, from on–site visits to our annual client symposium, we’re in constant contact. We take our client–to–support team ratio seriously.

At the start of your partnership with Geonetric, you’ll work with a skilled implementation team that will work with you throughout the development of your website. The team will outline expectations, identify responsibilities, define the scope of your project and formalize timelines and deliverables. Our implementation team will also address any unique requirements that you may have.

Client Advisory & Ongoing Support

The best sites never rest. That’s why our top notch support doesn’t stop at go–live. After your site launches, you’ll have new projects in the works — and you’ll have an experienced client advisory team there to help make sure your site is the envy of competitors. Our ongoing support also includes quarterly Stat Reports where we look at your site’s performance and discuss new initiatives. You’ll also have access to monthly client forums and a client extranet, as well as a subscription to our monthly client newsletter the Insider.
