Geonetric Clients Continue to Take Top Honors in Industry Competitions

Five national award competitions recognize nine Geonetric clients for online initiatives, including two best in class awards.

Cedar Rapids, IA — June 20, 2013 — Geonetric, an online solutions provider for the healthcare industry, is pleased to announce nine clients recently received awards for online excellence, with two clients taking home Best in Class honors.

It’s reassuring to see those efforts celebrated by some of the industry’s top awards competitions.”

Web Health Awards

Now in its 15th year, the Web Health Awards honors high–quality consumer health information. Three Geonetric clients were announced as winners:

  • Asante, Medford, OR: Merit award for Mobile Website in the Health System division
  • Cone Health, Greensboro, NC: Merit award for Website in the Health System division
  • Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo, CO: Bronze award for Website in the Hospital 300+ Beds division

The Web Health Awards program is organized by the Health Information Resource Center (HIRC), a national clearinghouse for consumer health professionals who work in consumer health education fields. 

Interactive Media Awards

The Interactive Media Awards (IMA) has honored two Geonetric clients with Best in Class awards: 

The Interactive Media Awards recognize the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honor individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievement.

Hermes Creative Awards

Four Geonetric clients were honored with Hermes Creative Awards, which recognizes outstanding work for the concept, writing and design of traditional and merging media. Winners are:

Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition. The awards program is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.

Aster Awards

The 2013 Aster Awards competition named two Geonetric clients as award winners:

The Aster Awards Program is an elite competition recognizing the nation's most talented healthcare marketing professionals for outstanding excellence in advertising. Judging criteria included creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal.

Healthcare Advertising Awards

The Thirteenth Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards sponsored by the Healthcare Marketing Report announced that Crozer-Keystone Health System, Springfield, PA, won a Merit Award for Social Media Promotion — Seven Things Scarier than a Colonoscopy Campaign.

Nearly 4,000 entries were received in this competition, making the awards the largest healthcare advertising awards competition. Entries are based on creativity, quality, message effectiveness, consumer appeal, graphic design and overall impact.
