The Work
Positioning Bryan Health as a destination for complex care
The legacy site’s minimalist aesthetic didn’t fully reflect the depth and innovation of Bryan Health’s services. Geonetric’s design team revitalized the visual identity by fully embracing the brand guidelines and introducing fresh, dynamic elements.
Elevating transactional tasks
Improving the accessibility of high-demand transactional features — such as bill pay, appointment scheduling, and portal access — was another top priority. Rather than expanding page length, Geonetric introduced an innovative interface using toggles and sliders.
Streamlining access: Three clicks to care
One of Bryan Health’s most important usability goals was to ensure users could schedule an appointment within three clicks. To achieve this, Geonetric strategically reimagined the homepage layout with the providers and locations displayed more prominently.
Flexible, modular design for ongoing relevance
A hallmark of the redesign was the creation of a modular site structure using the VitalSite CMS. This gave Bryan Health the tools to evolve their content and structure over time. A prime example is the prominent placement of “Get Care Now” in the top navigation — a one-click destination for urgent needs, offering immediate access to Virtual Care, Urgent Care, Walk-in Clinics, and Emergency Services.
Functional and future-ready
This collaborative redesign project showcases how strategic planning, user-first design, and strong brand alignment can come together to create a healthcare website that is not only beautiful, but highly functional and future-ready.

Bryan Health’s redesigned website scored an Honorable Mention in the Website Home Page category of the 2025 MarCom Awards, as well as a Distinction for Best Overall Digital Patient Experience in the 2025 eHealthcare Leadership Awards.
