Geonetric Clients Continue Award-Winning Streak
The Hermes Creative Awards and Aster Awards recognize Geonetric clients for excellence in online healthcare marketing
Cedar Rapids, Iowa (May 11, 2009) - Geonetric, an online solutions provider for the healthcare industry, announces four clients received awards from two prestigious marketing competitions.
Three clients received Hermes Creative Awards, with one taking top honors in the electronic media category, and two clients received Aster Awards for healthcare marketing excellence.
The Hermes Creative Awards
Three Geonetric clients were honored with Hermes Creative Awards, which recognize outstanding work for the concept, writing and design of traditional and merging media. All three clients won awards in the electronic media category. The winners are:
- Abington Memorial Hospital (AMH), Abington, Penn., received a platinum award. The platinum award is presented to the most outstanding entries in the competition. Platinum winners are recognized for their excellence in terms of quality, creativity and resourcefulness.
- St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Bethlehem, Penn., was honored with a gold award, which is presented to entries judged to exceed the high standards of the industry norm.
- ProHealth Care, Waukesha, Wis., received honorable mention.

Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional materials and programs, and emerging technologies. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies, Web based innovators and freelancers. Hermes Creative Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals.
The Aster Awards
The 2009 Aster Awards consisted of 3,000 entries from across the country and contestants were judged on creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal.
The winners include two Geonetric clients:
- Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington, Penn., received a gold award.
- BroMenn Healthcare System, Normal, Ill., received a bronze award.
