I'm having trouble connecting to your live webinar!
If you have a Geonetric.com account, you can access any of our webinars. Upon your account setup, you will receive a PIN number that will give you access to the event. On the day and time of the event, simply go to www.geonetric.com/webinars and login with your email address and provided PIN number.

If you forgot your PIN number, simply enter your email address and it will be sent to you immediately.

How does a live webinar work?
Our online webinars include a PowerPoint presentation that you view in your Web browser while listening to the instructor's voice through a telephone. The instructor controls the PPT slides.

During the live webinar, there's an empty box beneath to the PPT slides, beckoning you to ask the instructor a question. A moderator will address any Q&A items near the end and shares your questions with the broadcast audience.

Each webinar lasts approximately 1 hour.

The date's no good for me. Will you offer it again?
We record all of our live broadcasts so that you can replay them on the Web. All recordings are available on our Website 48 hours after the webinar event. You can access any recorded webinars using your Geonetric.com account.

How can I access a copy of the materials?
You can request a copy of the PPT presentation by email or phone. Simply contact an eBusiness Strategist at 1-800-589-1171. All copies of the materials are furnished at no cost.

What's so great about the recordings?
Some people like the recorded webinars better than the live broadcasts. A few reasons why:

• You can watch them in any time zone.
• You can stop and start them anytime, when you need to.
• They have a control panel that allows you to rewind or fast forward to any portion of the presentation.

Will I be able to access the webinar through my firewall?
Since the events are entirely Web-based with no Active X controls or other items to install, you should have no issues with your firewall.

How many people can I invite if I signup for a webinar?
We do encourage our participants to gather as many people as they like around a PC or projector to watch the live event together. The same goes for the recordings.

If you want people to participate from different locations, then they will need to set up their own Geonetric.com Account to receive their own unique PIN number.
