Use the integrated SmartSearch interface to find different policies/procedures using a basic or advanced search by keyword ranking, category, revision date, regulation number, JCAHO chapter or any other criteria you define. Results display policy name, keyword and implementation date columns that are sortable, enabling easy scanning of results by the most important information.
Robust information display
Each policy record can have a wide range of related information, including descriptions, reference documents, Website links or other content. Selecting the individual policy name pulls up a PDF or Word version for viewing and printing.
Save your searches
Store any or all of your policy searches easily, defining a search name to save for future use under your login or make it available to your organization in one click.
Repository for related content

Manage policy development
Policy developers and administrators can login and utilize the same system to develop new policies and edit existing ones.
Define policy meta data
Assign a wide variety of policy meta data upon its inception, including name, number, description, keywords and more, or update the information as the policy changes over time.
Assign unique teams
Add new users to the system and assign them to one or more policy development projects. Each user can be assigned to a unique creation role, including updater, approver, viewer or any other roles you define.

Threaded policy discussions
A built-in threaded discussion system allows your team to track conversations and changes about a particular policy. Each member receives automatic notifications when it is time for them to review the policy, with the ability to post new comments to other team members or review past comments and changes.
No overwriting changes!
With its built-in “Check-in/Check-out” utility, policy changes made by your team are never overwritten or lost. Policies can only be edited when “Checked out” but the team can view all versions of a policy at anytime.
Multi-version history
An integrated version-history component automatically creates a new, active version of a policy anytime a change is made by team members, serving as an integrated audit trail.
