Gift shop orders may seem like a small thing to worry about, but in every launch so far we get orders within the first day or two after it is rolled out. Some hospitals are getting $10,000 and more in gift shop orders with little or no marketing at all. Of course, the online gift shop isn't primarily about the money anyway; it's about making patients happier. When combined with cheer cards, it's especially powerful.
