VitalSite's Brand Asset Repository module gives you a central repository for final, approved documents, including everything from logos to letterheads.

Only the final versions are available to your employees. Documents in progress - or those you simply don't want people to use without your knowledge - are protected behind a password.

Manage asset development
Asset developers and designers can login and utilize the same system to develop new assets and update existing ones.
Define asset meta data
Assign a wide variety of asset meta data upon its inception, including name, type, category, description and more or update the information as the asset changes over time.
Assign unique teams
Add new users to the system and assign them to one or more asset development projects. Each user can be assigned to a unique role, including updater, approver, viewer or any other ones you define.
Threaded asset discussions
A built-in threaded discussion system allows your team to track conversations and changes about a particular asset. Each member receives automatic notifications when new notes are posted about the asset, with the ability to post feedback to other team members or review past comments and changes.
Multi-version history
An integrated version history component allows you to create new, active versions of an asset to track and manage changes made by team members, serving as an integrated audit trail. Mark your version as ‘approved’ and it is automatically added to the repository.
