Promoting a Good Night's Sleep
It's no surprise that sleep medicine is gaining popularity — according to the National Center for Sleep Disorders Research more than one-third of adults have symptoms of insomnia each year. Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale, GA wanted to promote its certified sleep technologists and six state-of-the-art sleep diagnostic centers and turned to Geonetric for fresh ideas — and results.
Utilizing Google and Facebook
Together we developed an extensive search engine marketing campaign to promote Southern Regional's sleep studies. The campaign targeted individuals who have trouble sleeping and live within a 15-mile radius of Southern Regional's six centers. It included:

A Google AdWords campaign that targeted specific sleep conditions such as sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome and insomnia. Searchers were presented with text ads promoting Southern Regional's sleep studies.

A Facebook campaign featuring ads with photos that were displayed to targeted users.
Calls to action in each campaign offered a phone number and encouraged viewers to visit Southern Regional's website to sign up for a sleep study. Visitors were sent to a landing page consistent with the ads and website.
More Than 6,000% Increase in Traffic Improves Exposure
In one month, the online ad campaign delivered results. The ads brought more than 2,000 visits to the sleep center section, up from just 30 in the previous month — with an increase in unique page of 3,000 percent. Approximately 100 visitors scheduled a sleep study or asked for more information. Overall the ads were displayed more than 8.1 million times.
