Geonetric Named Fastest Growing Company for Second Consecutive Year

Eastern Iowa technology company recognized for exceptional growth by the Corridor Business Journal

Cedar Rapids, Iowa (May 28, 2009) -Adding to an already impressive year of accomplishments, Geonetric Inc., a leading provider of online solutions for the healthcare industry, was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor.

Geonetric ranked number 14 among the honorees and reported growth of 51 percent over the last three years. This marks Geonetric's second consecutive year on the list, which is compiled by the Corridor Business Journal, and comes as the company celebrates its tenth anniversary.

"Geonetric has experienced tremendous growth in the last ten years, but this award is particularly remarkable given the current challenging business environment," says Eric Engelmann, President & CEO. The annual award is presented by the Corridor Business Journal. Geonetric was one of 15 finalists recognized at an awards breakfast on May 19, 2009, at the Coralville Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. Companies had to earn at least $350,000 annually and were ranked based on the increase in revenue experienced from 2006 to 2008. Companies submitted tax forms or audit statements to participate.
